Returns

Made to Order:

All of our products are made to order which means when you place an order it is made on demand, just for you! While this helps us to keep from having a backlog of inventory and cuts down on waste, it does present some limitations to our returns policy and the items that are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Made to order product listings feature "mock up" images of the finished product; these are for promotional use only and slight variations may occur with the physical product. The designs & colors used for the mock up images are the exact same design files that are used for printing. These images use a garment model which may be slightly different than the garment model used for the final product. Please remember these images are of a garment laid flat and as such there is a difference in appearance when the garment is being worn. 

What’s your return policy?

Since all of our garments are printed and made to order, we cannot exchange or refund an item that was not ordered in the correct size, color or other errors in ordering. Please use the sizing chart that is available for each item to make sure you're ordering the correct size. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us within 7 days of your receipt of the item in question. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, defective or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of wrong/defective/damaged items and a description of the issue and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us here. Please include the reason for your return and a photo of the incorrect, mislabelled, defective or damaged item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund except in the case of an item that is defective or received with damage. If you are shipping your item back to us, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if I don't receive my order?

Please double check that the shipping address for your order is correct. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

No exchanges or returns can be made on gift cards, any items on sale, sale items using a code or during a sale promotion.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Gift cards, items on sale, sale items using a code or during a sale promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged.
